When you book online with Parking Deals Australia, you will be sent a booking confirmation email with all your parking trip details. The car park will also receive a copy of your booking confirmation that they use to validate your booking upon exit.
The car park tracks all flights as we require a flight number in your booking. If you know ahead of time that your flight is cancelled all your flight will be delayed please give the Car Park a call to let them know and they will put your car keys into a lock box for your to pick up.
Once you arrive at the parking space simply park your car out the front of the reception, then walk into the reception and show the staff your booking confirmation email from Parking Deals Australia. They will then validate your ticket and your car will then be parked.
The car park will drop you off at the airport and pick you up in their on-demand shuttle bus. The shuttle service can carry all your bags and operates during the car parks business hours. The shuttle is also included in the booking cost.
For indoor parking in the car park height is 2.25m
Depending on traffic it takes 5 minutes to get from the car park to the airport in the shuttle bus. To ensure that you get to the airport on time we recommend that you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before when you want to be at the airport.
Small children or babies can sit on their parents lap in the shuttle bus or there are baby seats provided
