When you book online with Parking Deals Australia, you will be sent a booking confirmation email with all your parking trip details. Portside Parking will also receive a copy of your booking confirmation that they use to validate your booking upon exit.

The car park tracks all flights as we require a flight number in your booking. If you know ahead of time that your flight is cancelled all your flight will be delayed please give the Car Park a call to let them know and they will put your car keys into a lock box for your to pick up.

On arrival, drive up to the car park entry (Aldi car park) and drive to basement 1. Please press “888 +bell” on the intercom when you arrive at basement 1, Aldi car park or call (02) 9567 0411 to inform the staff to open the rolling door to get into basement 2 Sydney AirPark

The car park will drop you off at the airport and pick you up in their on-demand shuttle bus. The shuttle service can carry all your bags and operates during the car park’s business hours. The shuttle is also included in the booking cost. The shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes. 

For indoor parking in the car park height is 2.1m

Depending on traffic it takes 5 minutes to get from the car park to the airport in the shuttle bus. To ensure that you get to the airport on time we recommend that you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before when you want to be at the airport.

Small children or babies can sit on their parents lap in the shuttle bus or there are baby seats provided
